Ripoff dishonest liers zerro service

On June 15th we sent dot5hosting a certified letter [tracking # 7002 2030 0004 3425 5436] with our business check in the amount of $45.60 for three months hosting for our site. We were ready to put up the site on our end, however, they never sent an email confirming we could start.

We called them to find out what was taking so long. All foreigners, we could hardly understand them. We were told they didn't receive the check. But the tracking said they received the check on the 20th of June. We called them again and told them about what tracking said, we were told yes they had received the check but did not deposit it in their bank. This is the 30th of June.

We called our bank to put a stop payment on the check, we were told that on the 24th of June they cashed the check. They lied to us again.

Then we went to their site and got on their chat line and asked about the entire situation. We were told we had to email them to get our money back. So we did. No response.

So, we hooked up with them on chat again and asked for their fax number. We tried to fax them and found out the number they gave us in not their fax number. They lied again!

We emailed them again with no response. So that's why we are filling out this report.
