Do not buy from them - minka fan

I ordered a fan on June 3rd at 8:39 am. On their site it says ship typically within 10 days. On the 10th day I calld for shipping info and on chat was told it shipped and they were waiting for tracking info. When asked how long that would take they said 3-4 days. I followed up with it item HAD shipped why would a tracking number take so long. I asked for a manager and they gave me a phone number. After talking to a rude lighting supervisor I was told tracking info would be available soon but item hadn't shipped yet. So the person on chat LIED, the supervisor was rude and gave me no time frame yet I was charged weeks ago. And I was told I couldn't cancel. BUYER BEWARE, do NOT be lured by free shipping as I was because they do NOT deliver but they take your money!
