Singleparentmeet.com ripoff made payment through paypal. Transaction was completed and never recieved membership but they kept my money

I paid for a membership on June 24 for singleparentmeet.com. I paid through paypal and the transaction was completed payment was made. I signed in 5 days later and was not able to because they said payment was not made becasue of NSF! Payment made through paypal will not be completed if there are no funds and my bank shows payment went through on June 24. I have contacted them and they refuse to correct this problem and will NOT refund my membership fee.
