Fraudulent Credit Card Billing RIPOFF

GROUPPHOENIXONE, LLC billed my credit card for $9.95. I never heard of these people and obviously never ordered anything from them.
I called the telephone number that they included in the credit card transaction billing and got voice mail. I was told to leave a message or send an e-mail to them. I attempted to send an e-mail, but it wouldn't go through. I called and left a message. No return call. They do not have a web site, but they are a hot topic in forums of people who have gotten ripped-off by them.
Apparently, they have found great sucess by only stealing or attempting to steal small amounts of money from a lot of people. I filed a complaint with the FBI's Internet fraud division.
