LIARS, Thieves, Upgrade source did refund total amount after cancelling order BEFORE SHIPPING. Smithfield

I order a internal network card for my laptop with 3 day delivery, and after several days I called upgrade source and they told me that it was on back order and my card would not be shipped for about 3 weeks, so I told Misty Vance to cancel my order and agree, after I picked up the card locally about 2 weeks after talking to Misty the FedEX man brought a box to the house and it was my cancelled order so I refused the package and call her back.

She said that she saw in the computer that the order was cancelled back in January she would look into it and refund my money so I emailed the president link on their page but it was not to their president it was to Mr Bush, the lady (Misty Vance) I talked to on the phone laughed when I told her I email the president and she would take care of it. But that has been since January and the ripoff artist still have not refund my total amount.
I should not have to pay any restocking fee because they did not have the product when I cancelled my order.
