Ripoff, defrauded my credit report caused undeserved stress Must be stopped!

Sent books without my authorization, I have sent them all back but now I am getting bills stating I owe over $100. I've tried to email but no such email address exists. I have called the number on the bill but all I get is a message that 'someone will be with me as soon as possible' to music yet I have never reached anyone even after waiting over 30 minutes for someone to answer. I need to get this resolved. If anyone has any idea how to go about this please let me know. I would appreciate it.
