Dishonest Employess, And Deceptive Advertising ripoff, Denve

I received the CD for HTML, which I requested. Upon opening, I saw there was no information on returning the CD's. The AD I had replied to was for the entire lessons to be free. I saw that I had so many days to return two of the three CD's. I decided that since I was deceived about the order in the first place I would return them all immediately.

There was a phone number for Customer Service provided in the packet. I called and a man answered. I told him I wanted to know how to ship these things back immediately. I was told by him that I would have to take the packet to the post office and buy an envelope and pay for the shipping. I said to him that you advertise that "I am so sure you will like my product that I will even pay for the return shipping" He said I would have to pay the shipping. I asked to speak to the complaint department. He told me they didn;t have a phone number. I again asked why they advertised free return shipping, no reply. I asked to speak to his supervisor and after being left on hold for an excessive amount of time, a lady finally came on line. I told her the problem. Sahe said that the CS reps are not allowed to authorize returns. She said she would help me aby sending me a return envelope with postage paid.

I asked why wasn't I told this before to which she again said that CS reps weren't allowed to give authorization for return shipping. She said she was putting my reurn envelope with postage in the mail today the 21st of April. We will see. The entire package of three CD's was 70 bucks which I said I wasn't paying and if they wanted their CD's to fork over the shipping.

It's pretty clear to me now how MR. John Sheere, CEO of Video Professor makes all his money, to be truthful I am tired of seeing him whine for our money, sometimes to the point of crying.

Being a disabled veteran whose pension is not a whole lot, and this guy wants to rip me off.

Mr. Sheere why don't you get a life in the real world.
