Video Professor
Credit Card Scam

Internet & Web

I recently did business with VIDEO PROFESSOR. They advertised a free training disk for the price of $6.95 shipping and handling. When I received the product there were 3 disks and a note stating I could keep them all for a charge of $79.95 or return one disk and there would be no charge. I immediately called them and after many calls where they left me waiting and then cutting me off I was able to receive a return code. The disk and a letter with all of my information was returned to them well before before there cut off date.

Much to my surprise, on their cut off date, VIDEO PROFESSOR charged my account the $79.95. When I spoke to them they stated they hadn't received the disk back!!!' they told me it might have been lost in the mail being that we were in the holidays heavy mail season. Upon my protest I was told she cannot do anything about it, the problem must be passed onto the accounting department and they do not have phone access!!!

VIDEO PROFESSOR is falsely advertising their product as 'a free trial disk, for only a $6.95 shipping and handling fee' BE WARE.

I hope that this will be posted to your web-site, and Thank You
