On 11/18/01 I sent for a $39.99 rebate that I still have to get (today is 2/22/02). I called their rebate hot line 1-800-390-2344, checked their rebate web site http://www.wheresmyrebate.com and finally sent e-mail to their advertised e-mail address customerservice@wheresmyrebate.com.
