Ripoff failed to honor rebate promise Nationwide

Purchased Viewsonic VA520 monitor from CompuUSA in March.

Submitted all required paperwork for $50 dollar rebate. According to wheres my rebate, check was mailed in April. Never received it.

Wheres my rebate said they would send another check. They used the same receipt number for the reissue and CompUSA denied the claim since it was a "duplicate" request. I never received a check and now am being told I cannot have one.

I can survive without the $50, but feel someone at Wheres my rebate or CompUSA owes me the money.
