Ipoffs.information sold or given away. Victimized by this company!

I think my Bank account information and personal information (ie. Address and phone) were given away, sold or used to sign up with another company. Health Premier took $139.95 out of my account. When I called they claimed I had signed up for there services in January.

I can assure you I did not, I am a part time employee at a furniture company and FULL time Student in College. I am on my parents insurance and have no need for there services. I talked to a woman named Barbra, she asked if I wanted them to go ahead and send me the program information since it had already been paid for and was NOT refundable!!!

I don't know how they got my information but it makes me angry and I feel helpless. I have done some research and have found that with in the same few days there was a charge from a company called Paycom, they took money out of my account that they shouldn't have, $39.95, to be exact, unfortuantly I can not do anything about that charge since I fell into their trap and they have covered themselves.

My concern is that my information was sold by them or given away by them to another company. I need help investagating and getting my money back. I am also afraid that others may have my information and feel violated. Please help me. I can not afford to be out $139.00 at this point in my life. Not to mention the bounced check charge I got from this and the ones I will receive with bills that are coming in to my account. I am really in trouble. Thank you for your concern.
