Bad business practices Telephone Sale

In November I ordered a computer from the Dell sale catelog, using the 1-800-695-9422. I and the sales girl knew that I would make payments and then the computer would be delivered. I paid $250 in January, I paid $200 in February, paid $250 in March., $119.05 in April for a total of $819.05. When I called the number on April 11 to inquire on delivery of my computer there was no record of my order, no record of my payments and nothing in my profile.

For 2 days at least 16hours no one has been able to give me any solution. The sales clerk has only spoken to me twice and I have called her at least 15 times. The first time I spoke with her she said she would email me a solution later on that day before 4pm. I never got the email and on the second time when I spoke to her she claimed that her email was not compatible to my service. She had my phone number but she made no attempt to contact me.

While I was speaking to her on the phone she began speaking spanish to one of her coworkers (very rude). The careunit could not do anything because there was no record. If when they received those payments for 4 months if there was no account to apply them to the checks should have been returned instead they were cashed and these people dont care they are making no attempts to send the computer. She gave me a bogus customer #, a bogus account number, and no payments were routed correctly.

I needed that computer for my business and I received donations to help purchase it. I have had such a bad business experience with them that I dont want the computer and I dont ever want to do business with them again. I tried to remove my name from the catelog mailing list and the bogus website was unknown to the internet. A big bogus fraud because they cashed the checks and now they dont know where the money is. The address where I mailed the checks to dont have a phone listing in directory assistance and nobody at the company has the phone number.
