Bad repair and customer service

Purchased a BH-905i bluetooth headset. Had a problem with the unit. Was told by Nokia customer service to send the unit, accessory pack (cords, charger, adapters, etc.), and case in. Did as instructed. Received the repaired headset in a few days, but no case, or accessory pack. Now a week later and 5 phone calls into this I still don't have a resolution. Nokia customer service is unacceptably poor. I will never purchase Nokia again.
