Order the flowers that are pictured receive junk, FTD allows flower shop To Contact RECIPIENT Arizona

I ordered flowers from FTD.com for my mother. What she received was a far cry from what I ordered and paid for. She didn't complain. She didn't have a clue what was suspost to be delivered. She did send me a photo.

I was very upset. I called FTD and told them I wanted the flowers replaced. They called the flower shop, who called my mother. Well of course, she said they were fine and she would keep them.

I again contacted FTD and said "Hey, that is not what I ordered or paid for, I don't care if she says they are fine. She is not the one who complained." I'll tell you FTD is not helpful. There is no support for the customer. FTD said the flower shop substituted flowers, which they are allowed to do. But they substituted the extensive flowers for daisies! LOOK at the photo!

FTD is REALLY REALLY overpriced. The arragement I ordered was $44.95, same day delivery with a $10.99 service charge. Stay away from FTD the SUCK!!!
