Frustrating and Ridiculous Ripoff

Ordering flowers from Urban FLorist.com has been a most frustrating and ridiculous experience. I ordered flowers on Friday April 7 for same day delivery.

First off, the representative said that the flowers will reach the recipient by five o'clock the same day. Not only did the flowers not get there on the same day, but the local flower shop called the recipient (much to her surprise, considering it was supposed to be a surprise) that the flowers will in fact not get to her from their shop.

When I called to complain, nobody was accountable to the mishap and they could not guarantee my money back stating that the flowers will get to the recipient by that friday. Monday and still no flowers and their telephone lines are constantly busy! They ruined my surprise, my weekend, but hopefully not my love life!
