Ripoff

I bought a dell pc way back in jan of this year. From the first day I was complaining about the loud noise from the pc or fan etc. I emailed dell maybe 9 times and called them at least 6 times about this problem. They kept saying we will get back to you real soon. They sent me emailed in which I could fix the problem. Never worked the same thing was going on loud.

I called them only to wait 20 mins on hold, 4 times I did that on different days. This wen on for months. Final I called on asked to speak to a boss or someone who can help. Now it is in march and now they call me up saying oh ok we will send a man out and fix the problem asap ok they said he will be here this week. Ok fine just let me know the date and ime so I can be home. Well I got a phone call 1 hour later from that same person saying oh I checked and your wanranty is out of time it ended in march sorry I can just send you out the new part.

So here I am with a pc thats in need of a new fan motor and I have to install it or pay someone to do it for me. I have been telling them since Jan about this problem but they say it doesn't matter here are the parts and thats it. A bull person at delll Joe
