Ripoff Dishonest Online Mail Order Refuse to talk to me

I feel that I have been victimized by Eagletronics.com.
On the date 09/14/04, I had received an e-mail from Eagletronics.com. And purchased one Alsoft "Disk Warrior" for my Macintosh for the amount of $49.95. Paid in full total $53.90.

On the date, 09/21/04, I had received the Disk Warrior from Eagletronics.com.

On the date, 09/23/04, I had registered the Disk Warrior 3.0 for Mac Online with Alsoft as instructed.

On the date 02/11/05 five months later, I had received an e-Mail from Alsoft stating that the Disk Warrior registration number that I had submitted is not a valid DiskWarrior serial number (RZ567735) and that I am unable to get technical support or upgrades from Alsoft.

They claimed that it was not a legal copy and recommended me to address this problem with Eagletronics.com.

I have made several attempts to contact Eagletronics to no avail. I informed my credit card company and they also failed to make any contact with them. I had sent them a fax and e-mail to no avail. I am also a bit puzzled of why did I receive an e-mail from Alsoft five months later to report this error? Why coulden't they have sent me the error notice early so that I as a customer could have some recourse? I feel that I have been victimized from them and want to warn anyone from dealing with these people.
