Ripoff fraudulant

First of all, I am writing for my Dad.

On Feb 6 he ordered software from eagletronics.com and got an order number and confirmation in email form, which I have now. The email says to print because this is the ONLY receipt he will receive and if he has any questions to send email to help@eagletronics.com and customer service is open M-F, 8a-5p EST but no phone number.

Dad's credit card was charged and of course, he has no product for his money and there is no way to contact this "company".

I have the confirmation email with the particulars and I am trying to see what I can do to help him in solving this matter. My email is listed, but can supply his if needed for verification.
