Complete ripoff, sent bank account in overdraft im pissed off $25 overdraft plus amount

Unbelievable! This Bill Mapple I contacted said "the servers were down and could not access my account". He told me to contact them the following business day which was a Monday.

I guess he thought I would not follow up, I did.

Our account was charged in access of $200.00, not including the overdraft charges of $25.00 per charge, and with the bank trying to send the request through several times, costing us several dollars.

All in all they did credit us $48.00, but that was not at all satisfactory considering they charged us twice, and the accruel of all of the fees incrued by the bank.
By all means do not go to any sites listing free downloadable music, games, software, movies, etc, and alsoask for alot of information.

One more thing, we never supplied credit or debit card information
