SC ripoff went against their terms of service won't pay MI

SearchCactus is a publisher network, for online marketing. They pay people because they get paid by the companies they put up advertisements for. They were supposed to pay me almost $4,000 for advertisements and now say they will not pay me anything because the companies these advertisements are for don't think the online leads they got from my web-site are any good. Their terms of service say that they can not pay if there is 'fraudulently generated traffic, ' but I in no way violated this, and they have not even told me that I have generated fraudulent traffic.
