Potential fraudulant reporting of web site traffic

I've been signed up with this company since May, and have noticed a very strange traffic pattern on each of my terms, and I'm wondering if anyone else is seeing the same thing and wondering if fraudulant counting is going on. I have six terms, (yep, that cost a truck load, about $5000)

The problem is that each term is reporting nearly the exact same number of times a customer has entered my phrases into webmenu search, and I mean, a difference of one digit only plenty of times over a period of a month. Now, over 6 terms this seems unlikely, but even more so, because I chose terms that I searched and my weakest traffic term underperforms my strongest term by almost exactly 1000 percent, ie it brings about 4000 hits, the main one just over 4 million. My other terms are all strong ones, reporting use around the 1 million mark. Yet, when I go to the cnpbs traffic report each and every term is making the same number of hits per month, given the traffic report from google it seems so unlikely as to be impossible.

When I ask CNPBS about this, they have no explanation and try to sell me a SEO package for $3500. They just avoid the issue.

Is anyone else noticing this traffic report issue too?
I'm wondering if they are doing this because they have a gaurantee of a certain amount of traffic or a client gets another 6 months free service. It looks like they want to avoid giving this away and might be fiddling the books.
So far I'm underwhelmed with CNPBS, I paid a lot of money and generated only a little traffic, They are very high pressure, and have no gaurantees.
