Racerrice21 ripoff On EBay Poor product workmandship. Seat cover ripped after 2 weeks. Does not offer warranty

I purchased seat covers for my son's car in late November for his birthday in December. He didn't install the seat covers until late January. 2 weeks later one of the seams ripped. I contacted the dealer "racerrice21" on eBay to explain the situation. He said there was no warranty...

"Hello!
There is no warranty if the item has ripe. Also, the item was purchase three months ago. If this was to happen two to three weeks after purchasing the product. We will be responsable."
