I confidently brought my Dell Inspiron 7000 laptop computer to DJ's (John Luo) re my hard drive. Later that day he called me and said I needed a new hard drive. I collected the S/N on the HD and called the manufacturer re warranty. It was covered and I packed it and mailed it back to Hitachi for a replacement. One week later my new HD arrived and I went back to DJ's with both pieces of equipment (Dell, HD).

To my amazement, when John took my computer out of its leather bag, my computer was thrashed! The battery compartment was damaged, the HD bay was missing! My computer was visibly banged up (chipped and scratched). I told him that he would have to fix it and if not, have another company to fix it. He declined, became hostile and abusive to me, then jammed my Dell back into its leather case and told me to go. He told me that he didn't have anything to do with my computer and went along to help another customer.

I was appalled, upset, in a rage! I could not believe this was happening to me! My computer cost 4,250.00! What do I do now???
