This company registers your domain name under theirs. You pay for it but they own it. They do not have a phisical adress or phone number you can call. They only provide support via chat but they NEVER ever answer. The moment you pay is the only moment they are interested in you.
Also, their 99% uptime is a real joke. 2days and 3 days off in a row is really the norm. 24/7 customer support? Read 1st paragraph.
Try to change registrar? Good luck. If you fell in these guys hands, you better find a new domain with somebody else.
