Network Solution - VeriSign Worldwide Headquarters - ripoff dishonest and unfair trade practices on Domain name puchase This is Mafia and Shame on You

Internet & Web

I bought a domain name through the No. 1 Registrar - Network solution. Hoping to get the best service, I'm willing to pay more for this vendor. The transaction went through using my credit card, all is well.in the next day, the domain was disabled, and my transaction was refunded.

This was done without any announcement, and I was to find it myself. As the result:

1. I am charged handling fee by the Bank for refund
2. My domain name locked.

I tried so many times, but they just won't accept my Payment. I am living in a country closely tight with US, and credit card issued by a bank origins from America CitiCorps, was used.

When I got deperate, I asked them to release the domain name. I want to try with other registrar. But they want to keep the domain name for 30-60 days, if I change my mind or if I need the domain very badly, leaving me no choice but to find all possible way with them.

This is unfair. When you register, the system linked together with ICANN, in seconds you can get your domain, But the deletion process (I get crap explanation) took 30-60 days. My sense in political way, they want to keep the domain so that I can't use it easily unless I sign with them.

This is Mafia and Shame on You NetSol for being the first and the no. 1 registrar but with this kind of dishonest practice.
