Ripoff do not use unbelievable

I sent away for a free book, titled "GET STARTED ON eBAY". The add stated all I had to do was pay for shipping which was $4.19.
(This was the first rip off).

Then they informed me I had a free storefront with Surplus Alert. Then I read that they would start charging me a $29.95 monthly fee. I never agreed to any fee! I searched everywhere and couldn't find any contact information in order to cancel this storefront before they started charging me. No luck!

I found this 800-533-3330 number for customers. They answered right away. I informed the lady that I wanted to cancel this membership because I never used it or agreed to pay for anything. She said she could take the charge off for the month of January but she wasn't authorized to handle anything prior to January. She gave me another 800-785-0764 to call and she stated they would handle that in that office only.

When I called the other 800-785-0764 number, it rang and rang and rang. There wasn't even a answering machine. I tried for several days. So I decided to do some research and found another 800 number. I called there was an answering machine, so I left a very friendly and pleasant message only giving my name and home phone number. I received a call back that very same day. I informed the man of my problem. He said it was out of their hands because the company just changed name in January. So they couldn't take care of any charges prior to January.

And by the way, I just received my January bank statement and it wasn't taken off of January either!!! So I ended up getting charged, so far, for the months of October through January at $29.95 a month.

I only authorized $4.19 for a "free" book. Now I'm in the whole $119.80, so far.
