I used Living Social to purchase from FTD. The deal said free shipping. When I got to the site, it said I had to pay for packaging. So I ordered Godiva Chocolates and paid for packaging.

The Packaging I paid for was a tiny ice pack and a plastic envelope.

When my mother received the Godiva Chocolates the box was squashed and the candy had turned to chocolate syrup.

FTD, after a couple of weeks, returned the money I paid directly to it, but did not return the $15 I paid to Living Social.

So, if FTD rips me off, what do I do? I want my $15.00 back.
