Siren International, Sirens Secrets
Ripoff, they charged my credit card for an order i have still not received, they have charged me 2 difference delivery cost, and they will not refund me my money. And in the meantime I have still not received the goods

I have made an order with Siren's Secrets.com on the Sun Nov 28 03:55: 43 EST 2004 according to their confirmation email sent back to me.

On the email it has my complete address, telephone number and my email details. As they promised on their website that they would deliver before Christmas and I ordered 1 month in advance I assumed that the items I have ordered would get here in time. But this is where the problems started.

Our credit card was charged with

Subtotal. 234.80
Shipping. 110.00
Tax... 0.00
Total... 344.80

But their first email to me was
Subtotal 234.80
Shipping 75.00
Tax 0.00
Total 309.80

They just charged me extra for shipping as they go on...

And here is the good part. The items to this day have still not arrived!!! I have sent them numerous emails asking them where the hell the items are that I have ordered and they keep saying to me that they tried to deliver with UPS!!! Now UPS as I know it is a very reputable company world wide and here is the funny part!!! They don't seem to possess a map as they insist on sending my package to GREECE and I live in CYPRUS.

Now I have a number of emails stating to them that I do not live in Greece and my order that I filled out clearly states my home address in Cyprus. A Map would seriously not be difficult to read?

Now I have ones more asked them to cancel my order and refund me the money back and this is the message they have sent me:

We cannot cancel it, as it was a custom order, and if it is returned as "refused" or "unauthorized return, " a 25% restocking fee will be applied to your account, in addition to any return shipping costs, which could end up costing more than the outfits.

But another thing this was not a costome made order!!! And they should of have delivered it before Christmas or not promise it on their website!
