Horrible processing time

I submited an order that was to be a Christmas present. Iwent online th 14th of December and placed my order. 5 days later... Yes I said 5 (FIVE) days later that would put it to the 19th of December, they processed my order and shipped it. The date it will be delivered now is the 27th of December. 2 days Christmas. I will be refusing the package when it gets here and demanding a refund. Don't order from this company if you need it in less than 10 days.
