I tried to change my password for my account but apparently wrote it down incorrectly. I have contacted password support several times, as well as their toll-free number, but have been in an endless cycle of trying to resolve this issue. I have asked to speak to a person and received their standard email reply. It is very frustrating.
I have taken to researching United Online (the parent company of Juno) to ascertain the name and address of their president. Besides writing to the president, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
