Ripoff, lied to me never got my shoes, and they took my money

I ordered shoes for my boyfriend on December 9th for christmas, after I ordered them I emailed them to ask if they would get here on time. I also wanted to see if I could pay more for shipping so they could arrive faster.

Orlando called me and left a message on my phone and emailed me saying that they would not get here by Christmas but would arrive shortly after. I thought since we had emailed eachother back and forth a few times that this was a legit website. Ive been waiting for them to arrive and they have not.

Then I decided I would email Orlando again, since he replied so quickly before. But the next day the email came back saying that yahoo was not able to send my email to that address. So I decided to go on the website to get the number so i could call, but to my suprise there was no more website. I realized I had been scammed! I searched around and found the number called it and the machine said they had a new number, so I called that number and it said the mail box is full please hang up now. So I dont know what to do maybe you can help.
