Ripped off returning 3 time Iraq Veteran military who ordered shoes for my daughter after missing 3 Christmas's in the last 5 years

I returned from Iraq for the third time. I missed 3 Christmas's in the last 5 years. This year I wanted to get my daughter something special, Jordan tennis shoes.

That's all she wanted because she was happy that I was able to spend Christmas at home for a change.

So in November I ordered the shoes, I received an email confirmation but (to date) I have NOT received my order.

I have tried at least 5-10 times a month to contact them using their support@10kcityrunner.com email address. They do not have a telephone number listed and the other links on their site are broken.

Trying to keep faith that the shoes would make it in by Christmas, I waited. On Christmas morning I put a note under the tree explaining my attempt and giving her an IOU.

When the shoes did not arrive by mid January I took her out and purchased a pair that were not as good as advertised on 10kcityrunner.com. She understood but it is a Christmas that will be always be remembered.

All she wanted was the shoes from 10kcityrunner.com and to celebrate spending it with me not being in harms way.

I still attempt to contact them and have file a BBB report but without an address or telephone number I don't know what else I can do.
