Lonken Total fraud for 200 dollar!

I ordered a pair of shoes on the Internet for 200 dollars. I did this before at another website and that was fine so I totally trusted this website. Really stupid off me! I ordered them around February and in march I still didn't had them. I emailed them and got no message back. I emailed them again with the funny question if it was a scam. I finally got an email back that said the shoes where out of stock and I had to find another pair of shoes. Of course I didn't want that but the email never answered my questions. I emailed them around 6 times because I didn't wanna give up yet and I kept receiving that I have to look for another pair of shoes instead. I asked how to do that. Still no answer of course. The name on the website and the emails was lonken. His english was poorly so my guess is that it is chinese scam.
