Ripoff poor service would not cancel service

When I got DSL it conflicted with my existing AOL service. For ten months I attempted to get resolution without success. Often put on hold over 20 minutes and disconnected. I tried to cancel service but when I entered cancel on the phone tree could never reach a representative. I wrote to the cancel address on their website and it came back undeliverable.
I finally called my credit card to dispute the charge and they connected me to an AOL rep named Amit. He would not cancel my service. I insisted on speaking to his supervisor, was repeatedly refuse and, after 30 minutes of rude, excessively argumentative sales pitches, was disconnected. The credit card rep called back and connected me to a nice sympathetic rep who finally cancelled my service.
I have rarely been so frustrated and insulted. I would like to see some justice and have AOL suffer some repercussion for yanking me around.
