Still waiting for prizes

I originally signed up for Zbiddy.com in late Nov. I have bid on several items and never encountered a problem until this past month. I bid on EBook prizes and won on 9/28,9/30,10/4,10/5 and 10/6. My understanding is that it took up to 5 business days to receive my prize via the email address I provided.
On 10/10 I contact Zbiddy via online customer Support tool and had to voice my complaint to 4 different support staff before I could convince someone that I did pay for my items and was still waiting. The last person who assisted me told me that I would be receiving my prizes within 3 to 5 business days, which by my calculation would have been 10/17.
Well, it is 10/23 and I still haven't received any of my 5 prizes. I tried contacting them this morning, but was cut off part way thru the "conversation". I am now addressing this with my State Attorney General's Office for recourse.
