I have talked to multiple people on this site. I have been playing bingo on this site for about a month now and I think it stinks that they promise prizes and then they don't follow through when you win. I won one of their $25 funded accounts for a paid bingo site (this site is free) and never received email to confirm it, and every time I write they do not respond to my emails. I can't find an address anywhere online to report them to a state or the better business bureau and hope this will help. I guess its a step in the right direction. Someone told me that they have not awarded any prizes since August.
