No support / feedback for their product and servic

I purchased a 2 year domain registration from [URL Removed] I started building my site but had to log out. The next time i logged in my dashboard would not load. I went to their support page for members where the problem had been logged as "Not all sites appear on the My Sites Dashboard page? FWB-32718" by several other members and the members had voiced their frustrations and they were not receiving any feedback/support for this issue.
There were however instructions which you could follow - but did not necessarily apply to me. I tried them out anyways. My site dashboard would still not load. I have logged my complaint under this forum but this message keeps coming up "To prevent unwanted messages in the community, your comment is pending review by a moderator. When it is approved, it will be published." I feel like I have hit a wall and run out of options.
