Was signing up for the trial and they charged my account $69.. Spoke with their online representative who told me that she woud credit me half of the charge and give me a $25 restaurant.com certificate which I agreed to. After waiting the 10 business days for my credit it never appeared. Multiple calls to zbiddy about the issue and they gave me a confirmation number for the credit that was sent to my bank. My bank never received such credit. Called zbiddy again and was adv that a Supervisor will call me back, they never did. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank... Would not recommend zBiddy to anyone, this seems like a scam, and on top of that you never seem to outbid anyone for the items listed... Be very careful of this site.
