Ripoff, theft, stealing, scammers, fraud, false advertising

I discovered that I was getting ripped off by a web design client, Toni Dolle in Jaackson, GS from Paypal. Dolle hired me to redesign her web site for her mini sschnauzers which i did. I finished the site, uploaded it to her domain and she had a lovely new site. This woman is a nut and is trying to cancel payment for my services rendered now.

Of course, Paypal has frozen my paypal acount and is showing a negative balance of $750! Like i am going to pay them or her a dime for a completed site. I don't think so. I have written numerous emails to the idiots at Paypal all to no avail. Those stupid idiots can't tell services rendered from merchandise, lol. I sent all the emails between the nut, Toni Dolle and msyelf as proof and yet they choose to support a lying, dishonest buyer. Their idea of Seller protection and mine are obviously different.

The only good thing about this for me is that I won't be out any money. I use a prepayed debit card for all internet stuff.

I deposit what I need for the transaction and nothing more. That way i don't get ripped off. I have a checking acct for online stuff only and I keep a zero balance in there until i sue it for anything on line. Again, to protect myself and it paid off big time this time.

I beat those stupid idiots aat their own game but that still doesn't give them the right to rip people off and take money that does not belong to them. They also have no protection for buyers or sellers which is more than obvious from reading these reports.

I have any idea... Let's start a class action suit against PAYPAL. We might can close them down AND get the money lost back.
