Internet ripoff fraudulent billing, denial of cancellation, consumer not stupid

I cancelled Joi within a month. They continued to charge me. I spoke with one of there rep's and he said that there was a record of my cancellation however, I had opened a new account on that same date. We all know that scam. I contacted them again via email and got confirmation that the account was closed yet again. They had the nerve to tell me that they had no record of a previous cancellation after I had already stated what their rep told me.

It's bad enough that they get away with stealing from you but worse when they think they can treat you like an idiot. Please contact the FTC and Better business bureau.
