RIPOFF - Never received merchandise and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered 2 memory foam pillows on Dec. 7. I contacted them when I only received one box with one pillow. I was told that it would be taken care of and refunded within 10 days/that I would be contacted. I was neither contacted or received a refund. I contacted them via Phone, Email and Online chat over 8 times. I was promised a follow up, a refund, a SOLUTION, but never received one.

Overstock.com has horrible customer service and with each representative - none could do anything about it. There was NEVER a supervisor for another hour. There was NEVER a way to refund it themselves. There was ONLY, "I can send a message to the warehouse." That is the response I repeatedly received even after I was told "you will be issued a refund." It has now been almost 4 weeks and NO RESULT.

Overstock.com=FRAUD. Buyers beware. If you ever need a solution to a problem that was simply out of your hands, Overstock.com will not make it easy on you nor will they give you any solution.
