I have an online internet store and one of my drop shippers is www.Shortorderco.com. I placed several orders for drop shipping.

Order numbers 741 and 742 were marked as shipped and item discontinued but I was not notified. I tried emailing the email addresses listed on the website after looking for a contact number and there wasn't one. The email addresses I contacted are members@free-business-info.com, webmaster@business-info.com, cs@business-info.com, and sales@shortorderco.com, several times but couldn't get a reply of any kind. Found the domain name was registered to Doug Short, 4041 Santa Clara Drive, Greenwood, IN 46147 and a phone number 317-884-0156. I tried calling but got an answering machine so left a message with my question, phone number, name, and email address. STILL NO REPLY!

Next, I contacted the host for the store who registered the domain name: (registered through godaddy.com, free-business-info.com is through EasyStoreCreator.com) Their contact information was listed as: Melanie Black, admin@easystorecreator.com, 2434 Bear Rock Glen, Escondido, CA 92026. I tried emailing her with no reply. FINALLY! I have customers waiting to receive their orders and the other two orders (743 and 747) still sat without being shipped. I therefore, sent an email stating to CANCEL ALL ORDERS!!! That I was going through another drop shipper. Today I find they are now charging my credit card and shipping what is now duplicate orders since I have already ordered through another drop shipper who has deliveries scheduled for tomorrow.
