Ripoff

I was billed for $57.34 for four calls to the United Kingdom. I know I did not make these calls because I do not even have a long distance provider (and don't want one). It turns out that this is some sort of service provider for internet service. But I have a dial up. What gives? I didn't ask for this service. It was chargerd to me without my consent. What can I do?
