Premier Premium Communications
Rip-off! Dishonest fraudulent billing!

I received 2 bills from Premier Premium Communications totaling $320. The bills claim that on 11/2/04 I approved and initiated 6 long distance calls to the United Kingdom. I never agreed to dial-up the U.K. On my computer for an unknown long distance charge. They have taken over my modem, and are using it to make expensive calls.
Furthermore, they have a web site that costs $6.99/ minute, a disfunctional 800 number, and no fixed address (PO Box Only). The FCC and FTC were not helpful, I was told that it's not thier job to help me personally with this problem. The lady I spoke with from the the FTC said that I should contact my state's consumer affairs agency for help. I'll let you know how it turns out.
