Telecom is not my local or long distance phone service provider and not my internet service provider.

I contacted my locale phone service provider, they do not show any surcharges related to Telecom on my statement.

I contacted my long distance service provider and they do not show any charges related to Telecom on my statement.

I suspect the website that generated this is using a popup dialer that can activate the motom to dial out. If this is as I suspect it was not at my request.

I have filed dispute ticket with Telecom.
