Business Left Without Phone Lines for Ten Days

Att left my business without tel lines for 10 days!!! Can you believe that? 10 days for a small business without telephones that is a shot to the heart, but that is not all, prior to that they left us without internet for over a week, but not to worry, they are willing to give us credit for the time the lines where down, what a lame company, we should all stop using them and put this company out of business
