Cancelled aol. Dsl that was never shipped, used or received. They continued to bill me for over 2 years said it was my fault for not reviewing my aol charges. Totally ripped off and basically told me to f myself that I can't do anything about it.
AOL blows in many, many ways but their way of doing business if offensive and just plain wrong.
