Rip-off! Dishonest fraudulent billing!

In june accepted an offer for a computer of my choice and other promotional items, for $284.90, which was to be taken out of my account the next month, (july) unfortunately the bank reported insufficent funds, i called and canceled the order, on demand electronics without autherization, resubmited the $284.90 to my credit union again, september 15 and got the money. I immeadiately called on demand electronics and requested they send a refund, since i did not like their busindss tactics. And did not want their deal. Lavita assured me i would get my refund in about 2 or 3 weeks.

Called them again in october, november and december. Spoke with lavita, several times, and was given assurance again that i would have a refund in a week or so. Spoke with steve on december 1 and he said he would put a check in the mail the same day. Since then, i have not received a check, i have called the 1-800-278-3620 and have gotten recored message "all circuits are busy, please try your call again later", this has been going on for about a week, 24/7, which leads me to beleive they have skipped with my money. And everyone elses as well.
