Ripoff, beleived to be fraudulent

I ordered a 1 year subscription to Super Chevy magazine on October 13. It is now October 11 and i still have not received my subscription.

I called Atlantic Circulation Inc. Regarding this situation 3 different times and they did nothing. On the third phone call (8-17-04) I requested a full refund, and they advised me to fax my request. I did, and 2 months later i still did not receive my magazine or requested refund.

I called again on 9-29-04 and they advised me that my check will go out on October 1 or October 4 at the latest. I called on October 8 to check the status of my refund check and every number I had for this company was disconnected.

It is now October 11 and I still have not received my check. As a single mother, I can't afford to be out $58.00 any longer. Something needs to be done!
