Charged $25 in Stormfall After Error Said No Billing

Yesterday, the 17th of March, I made a purchase on "Stormfall," a game app hosted by Facebook. Facebook gave me a message saying the account would not be billed due to a technical error. However, my credit card was still charged $25.
When I contacted the software developers (Plarium) and Facebook support, neither party wanted to assist. Instead, they sent me in circles and refused to see the proof I have. They will not give me my money back or the item I purchased!
